Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your massage gun, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your product for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at acugun.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Conditions for Returns
- Product must be in original, unused condition
- All accessories and packaging must be included
- Product must not show signs of use or damage
- Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your product for a different model, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you with the exchange process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at acugun.store@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
